GASCA and the Bibai City Government of Hokkaido, Japan jointly organize this project. The selected works of this competition will be invited to participate in theBibai City Government, Hokkaido, JapanCo-organized official exhibition.

Registration procedure: Pay the entry fee on this website → Receive the registration form and confirm the registration by email → Upload the work to the designated website
The registration fee includes a standard certificate and medal; no separate application is required. (The winner's name will not be engraved on the standard medal.)
