Each contestant can only submit one work, and the same work can only be submitted once.
Once submitted, the entries cannot be modified, exchanged or returned.
Application of minor contestants must obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardians to register for the competition and submit entries through their parents or guardians.
All winning entries will be published on the GASCA.ORG website.
The organizer will not notify the participants individually after receiving the entries, and will not return the entries.
Entries must not contain obscene, violent, pornographic, slanderous, unhealthy, insulting elements, or any content that is controversial and inappropriate.
The organizer reserves the right to reject entries that are inappropriate, irrelevant to the theme of the competition, or submitted in the incorrect format.
Entries cannot contain commercial or political promotion elements.
If the entries violate any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the participants, and the organizer will not be held responsible.Participants must settle all litigation, losses, damages, claims, payment requirements, expenses (including fees and expenses charged by lawyers, agents, and expert witnesses), as well as any inquiries and legal liabilities of any nature. Participants who submit electronic files of their works must pay attention to the security and virus issues of the files. If viruses are found in the files, the participants will be disqualified from the competition.
Participants must clearly and agree that the copyright of all entries will be owned by the organizer.The organizer reserves the right to display, publish, publicize, or use the images, content, names of participants, classes, and schools of the work in any form of media for non-profit purposes, including but not limited to uploading to the organizer’s website, Instagram, and Facebook. The shortlisted entries together with the names of participants, classes and schools will be published on the website of the organizer for public viewing and voting.

Participants must ensure that their works have not been publicly published, published, etc. in any form or channel; nor have they involved other commercial purposes or participated in other competitions.
The result of the competition is subject to the decision of the jury.Participants are not allowed to raise objections to the results or rankings of the competition.
