Eligibility
The official piano accompaniment service is available exclusively to participants of the International Music Competition who require a pianist to accompany their performance.

Piano accompaniment service
This service is only available to participants in the string, wind, and vocal categories.

Participants may choose to use only the piano accompaniment service on the day of the competition, or purchase additional rehearsal service the day before the competition. Alternatively, they may register for both rehearsal and piano accompaniment services on the day of the actual competition.

Participants may choose competition-day piano accommodation only, add a rehearsal session on the day prior to the competition, or register for both rehearsal and competition-day accompaniment services.

Time
The exact rehearsal timeslot will be assigned and notified via email one week prior to the competition, once payment is confirmed.

Booking Process
1. A separate fee will be charged for the piano accommodation service and must be paid by the participant.

~ The piano accommodation service fee is JPY 5,600 / HKD 300 per performance, which includes competition accommodation only.
~ Rehearsal time is not included in the above fee.
~ If additional rehearsal time is required, the fee is JPY 9,500 / HKD 500 per 30 minutes, conducted at the official competition venue.

2. Piano accommodation bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

3. Upon confirmation of payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the participant's registered email address, including the rehearsal venue address and appointment time.

rehearsals
a. Additional rehearsal sessions may be requested, subject to availability and additional charges.
The final rehearsal schedule will be arranged according to the contestant's performance time.

b. All rehearsals will be held at the official competition performance venue.
The piano accompanist will be present at the scheduled rehearsal time.
Participants must arrive at least 5 minutes before their assigned rehearsal time.
Late arrivals may result in cancellation of the rehearsal session without refund.

Repertoire
a. Participants must submit their sheet music or repertoire details to the official piano accompanist at least two weeks prior to the competition.

Performance
a. The official piano accompanist will accompany the participant during their performance in the competition.

Cancellation and Refunds
a. Once payment is confirmed, all piano accommodation service fees are non-refundable.

Liability
a. Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the provided sheet music.

Acceptance of Terms
By requesting and utilizing the official piano accompaniment service, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with all the above terms and conditions.
