To secure your place, please complete full payment within the specified period after registration (or according to the deposit rules set on the page).

Cancel
Cancellation 21 days or more before the start of the promotion: 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 20 days of the start of the promotion.
Cancellations made 21 days or more before the event will incur a 50% fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 20 days of the event.

Changes
Any changes must be submitted in writing 30 days prior to the event; costs may apply depending on availability.
Any booking changes must be submitted at least 30 days prior in writing. Additional fees may apply depending on availability.

⏰ Punctuality & Group Policy
Please arrive at the venue at the designated time for check-in and pick-up; latecomers will not be waited for, and you are not allowed to leave the group midway. If you leave the group midway, it will be considered as abandoning the remaining activities, and no refund will be given.
Please arrive and pick up your child at the scheduled times. The program will start promptly—late arrivals or mid-session departures will be considered forfeiture of participation, and no refunds will be given.

🌦️ Force Majeure
In case of venue issues or unforeseen circumstances, the route will be replaced with content of the same level or adjusted accordingly; if temporary changes are necessary, you will be notified as soon as possible.
In case of unforeseen circumstances or venue changes, equivalent arrangements will be made. Participants will be notified promptly of any necessary adjustments.
