The preliminary round will be conducted via video, and contestants are required to upload their entry videos, and the judges will evaluate their qualifications for the finals within three working days.
Advancement Honorable Mention (80 points or above): Participants who qualify for the finals will receive a certificate and a medal.

* Participants are not limited to any country; however, travel expenses to Hong Kong are the responsibility of the participants. Please note that friends, mentors, and family members of participants who wish to attend the competition must purchase tickets. Competition tickets cost HK$180 and will be available for public sale on the official website in mid-April. Participants do not need to purchase tickets. There are 100 seats available; seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The overall winner (one person) will receive a cash prize of HK$2300
The overall runner-up (one person) will receive a cash prize of HK$1600
The overall third runner-up (one person) will receive a cash prize of HK$780
