Precautions | Price : 

FOR Yotsuya Civic Hall ON STAGE: 
  • Each rental period is 10 minutes, including10 minutes of grand piano practice time on stage in the competition concert hall
  • Same as the procedure on the day of the competition, the contestants will first arrive at the preparation room, where the contestants can change clothes, make up and tune their instruments (*Please note that tuning in the background is not allowed in the concert hall, so as not to affect the performance of the contestants on stage practise)

  • Each rental period is 10 minutes,included 10 minutes of Competition concert hall practice time with the grand piano on the stage
  • Same as the flow on the day of the competition, the contestants will first arrive at the dressing room, where the contestants can change clothes, make up and tune their instruments (*In order not to disturb the practice time of others on stage, please note that tuning at the backstage is not allowed in the concert hall)

Instructions for piano rental competition practice time: 

  1.  Reservation time slots are used on a first-come-first-served basis, and no changes or cancellations will be made after the time slot is confirmed.
  2. Please note that contestants do not have private use of the entire venue and our staff will be at the venue to carry out other preparations, but they will not interfere with contestants practicing on the stage.
  3. Only contestants can enter the concert hall to practice piano (competitors under the age of 12 can be accompanied by a guardian to practice in the concert hall)
  4. Please arrive at the venue on time at the appointment time, otherwise the original appointment will be canceled automatically.
  5. Do not eat or drink in the concert hall, and do not place anything on the piano except music scores, so as not to damage the piano.
  6. Participants who indirectly or directly damage any equipment during practice shall be fully responsible for compensation for all losses.
  7. No filming or video recording is allowed during practice

  1. Time slots are available for booking on a first-come-first-served basis. No changes or cancellations will be allowed after the time slot is confirmed.
  2. Kindly note that contestants do not own the entire hall privately, our staff will be doing other preparation work in the hall, but they will not disturb the contestant's practice on the stage.
  3. Only contestants can enter the concert hall to practice. (Competitors under the age of 12 can be accompanied by one guardian to practice in the concert hall)
  4. Please arrive the venue on time, late comer will not be allowed to enter the hall appointment will be canceled automatically.
  5. Do not eat or drink in the concert hall, and do not place anything on the Grand piano except music notes to avoid any potential damage.
  6. Participants who indirectly or directly damage any equipment during practice shall be fully responsible for compensation for all losses.
  7. No filming or video recording is allowed during the practice.
